Suntrust's Helina and Blanca Now Open for Viewing

Affordable housing developer Suntrust (Empire East Properties, Inc.) unveiled Sta. Rosa Heights' fully furnished model homes in a Halloween-themed grand open house held on October 28 and 29 at the project site along the Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay National Road in Silang-Sta. Rosa.

A thanksgiving mass and blessing of the model units highlighted the activities on the first day of the open house. In additional to treats such as a clown show and horror fim showing, guests were shown around the two model homes: Helina and Blanca. Helina is a triplex-type home featuring an inner unit with a lot area of 55 square meters. All units have a provision for an attic. Blanca, on the other hand, is a duplex-type home with a floor area of 43 square meters and a lot area of 66 square meters.

Sta. Rosa Heights is composed of five Spanish-themed villages. Residents of each village have access to play amenities hosted in an upcoming two-hectare recreational area. These include a clubhouse, lagoon-type pool, basketball court, Zen garden, children's playground, jogging lanes, a commercial center and village shops for each of the community's five phases.
