- Monitors and updates buyers regarding the status of their accounts
- Resolves product/service concerns and reviews buyers’ requests
- Reviews monthly Statement of Accounts (SOA), ageing of receivables and other notices
- Processes unit-related adjustments/request i.e transfer (unit/rights) house modification etc.
- Prepares Clearance Forms upon receipt of request for transfer
- Facilitates payment related concerns and re-opening of units
- Conducts move-in orientation to buyers with units/lots due for acceptance.
