ACCOUNTS MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR

Job Description

  • Monitors and updates buyers regarding the status of their accounts
  • Resolves product/service concerns and reviews buyers’ requests
  • Reviews monthly Statement of Accounts (SOA), ageing of receivables and other notices
  • Processes unit-related adjustments/request i.e transfer (unit/rights) house modification etc.
  • Prepares Clearance Forms upon receipt of request for transfer
  • Facilitates payment related concerns and re-opening of units
  • Conducts move-in orientation to buyers with units/lots due for acceptance.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting/Business or any related course.
  • At least 2 years experience in related field
