- Recruits ,accredits, and trains Brokers and Sales Suntrustees to grow productive sales groups
- Facilitates interviews, orientations, and contract preparation/renewals for accredited partners
- Reviews and processes reservation documents and booking requirements to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Manages the satellite sales office, ensuring readiness, functionality, and client-friendly presentation
- Conducts project knowledge seminars, site trippings, exhibits, and recruitment activities
- Distributes and monitors online leads and tracks sales development of accredited brokers and sellers
- Monitors attendance, production, and digital marketing activities of assigned accredited brokers and sellers
- Coordinates with internal departments for marketing materials, logistics, and operational needs
- Prepares reports, budget request, and validates liquidations and mobilization and marketing funds
- Oversees events, promotions, and initiatives to strengthen broker engagement and loyalty
