Job Description

  • Records, monitors and maintains all cases involving SPI to ensure proper handling of cases.
  • Records, monitors and maintains Legal Request Forms to ensure all internal clients' requests are addressed promptly.
  • Processes, records and submits Notarial Reports to ensure compliance and timely submissions.
  • Prepares simple letters and affidavits through the guidance of the Legal Manager
  • Procures permits and relevant licenses to facilitate government transactions and applications by meeting with concerned personnel of the government office.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Business or any related course.
  • Preferably has job experience in dealing with government agencies such as DHSUD, City/Municipal Council, Mayor’s Office, BIR, RD, Assessor’s Office, Treasurer’s Office and the like.
