- Addresses clients' and contractors' concerns, requests and inquiries; endorses concerns to the Project Officer for proper scheduling and processing of refunds (Construction Bonds)
- Reviews contractor's billing for accuracy; tracks legal documents i.e. Recommendation to Award Contract (RTAC), Notice to Proceed (NTP), and Construction Agreement and updates contractors on the status of their billings.
- Manages utility services for housing units, including MERALCO, water and electric lines, and prepare related payments and reports.
- Handles office administration including document handling, filing, and transmittal between site and head office.
- Monitors the availability of supplies/medicines for the first aid kit and coordinates with MIS regularly to ensure that all computers related equipment are in good working condition.
- Prepares liquidation and reimbursement requests, requisition slip and budget office supplies
- Oversees the maintenance of the site office and checks completion of their semi-monthly DTR
