Job Description

Responsible for the over - all management and implementation of the project to ensure that the projects is delivered on time, within the budget and as per approved plans and specifications.
Enforce the conformance by all parties to the quality plans, policies and procedures.
Handles over-all project scheduling and monitors the contractor's individual project schedules establishing critical milestone dates.
Oversees the day-to-day management and implementation of the project to ensure that it is being implemented per the developed construction schedule, budgetary cost, safety and cleanliness program conducting routine inspections and site visits.
