Job Description

Responsible for monitoring the civil works construction of condominium including its amenities until turnover of the units to Condo Corp.
Helps/orient the contractors in the interpretation of the construction drawings and specifications.
Inspects the construction activities of the contractors and admin workers to ensure that the work are executed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications and that the material used (by Admin workers) are properly utilized.
Inspects and conducts material testing on every stages of works submits the finding to the Project Manager'
Conducts punch-list of all completed works on units to ensure that said units are ready and acceptable to the unit owners.
