Job Description

Responsible for monitoring the mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection works construction of condominium including its amenities until turnover of units to Condo Corp.
Helps/orients the contactors in the interpretation of the construction drawings and specifications
Inspects the construction activities of the contractors and admin workers to ensure that the works are executed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications and that the materials used (by admin workers) are properly utilized
Inspects and conducts material testing on every stages of works
Evaluates and assesses the accomplishment of contractors on a weekly basis and submits the findings to the Project Manager
Conducts punch-list of all completed works on units to ensure that said units are ready and acceptable to the unit owners
