- Prepares documents related to the buyer’s purchased property by referring to buyer information and contract price to properly document payments for in-house, bank, and other financing accounts.
- Expedites the signing and preparation of legal documents by coordinating with buyers through calls, emails, or messenger services to ensure documents are properly and completely signed.
- Accepts and reviews required documents from buyers by validating and tagging submissions in the system to facilitate the release of document incentives to concerned agents.
- Addresses buyers’ documentation concerns by providing updates on lacking requirements and the status of CTS notarization through regular monitoring.
- Facilitates document requirements for buyers’ Meralco and bank applications by transmitting notarized Contracts to Sell and photocopies of buyers’ IDs to assigned site personnel.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree of Legal Management, Political Science, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent;
- At least one (1) year of working experience in a real estate, law office or related field;
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, result-focused, able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, ability to work independently with little supervision, self-starter and independent/strategic thinker and with great work ethics and "can do" attitude;
- Strong interpersonal management skills to foster teamwork and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients;
