Job Description

Job description:

  • Prepares documents related to the buyer’s purchased property by referring to buyer information and contract price to properly document payments for in-house, bank, and other financing accounts.
  • Expedites the signing and preparation of legal documents by coordinating with buyers through calls, emails, or messenger services to ensure documents are properly and completely signed.
  • Accepts and reviews required documents from buyers by validating and tagging submissions in the system to facilitate the release of document incentives to concerned agents.
  • Addresses buyers’ documentation concerns by providing updates on lacking requirements and the status of CTS notarization through regular monitoring.
  • Facilitates document requirements for buyers’ Meralco and bank applications by transmitting notarized Contracts to Sell and photocopies of buyers’ IDs to assigned site personnel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
  • Fresh Graduate
