Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for assisting the Digital Sales head in developing, expanding and strengthening a network of digital sellers through effective implementation of digital sales programs.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES

-Supervise the inhouse sellers enrolled in the Digital Sales Group.

Manage, distribute and closely monitor leads generated from website and company managed social media platforms to make sure that each seller is responding with the lead endorsed to them promptly and professionally by closely monitoring the progress of each lead on a day to day basis and preparing regular reports for sales and marketing analysis.

-Plan and devise marketing strategies in coordination with the CEC department with regard to digital ads and campaigns to ensure that the ads and campaigns posted on the company managed social media platforms are tapping the right audience/right target market that will result in higher lead returns through careful study of the market-base inquiries and booked sales.

-Prepare effective incentive promos for the digital sellers annually to give the digital seller an extra push and motivation to close more digital leads by devising effective promo based on sales performance report and competitors survey.

-Organize and conduct meetings with the Digital Sales Group For sales and marketing updates on promos, announcements, company policy as well as to recognize the top performers Monthly or quarterly face to face meetings and assemblies.

-Organize and conduct training for the Digital Sales Group for continuous learning and for update on latest selling and marketing trends by devising training modules tailor fitted for Digital Sales Group.


OTHERS

-Work closely and maintain good relationships with digital platform suppliers to keep track of leads and analyze data for continuous improvement of the program by organizing regular meetings and getting regular sales and marketing reports.

-Benchmark with other real estate developers to know the latest marketing trends through regular review and study of new technologies so the company will remain at the forefront in digital marketing
