Suntrust Properties, a wholly owned Megaworld subsidiary, celebrated its 2025 Annual Awards and 2026 Sales Kick-Off on February 27, 2026 at Palacio de Maynila, Pasay City. With the theme I Rise: Beyond Limits, the event honored Sales Suntrustees who exemplify dedication and teamwork in guiding Filipinos toward their homeownership journey. 

Possessing the Courage to Brave the Storm

The venue shone in a dazzling hue of Suntrust’s colors, highlighting not only the company’s achievements but also the people who made them possible. Suntrustees, dressed in matching elegance, stepped onto center stage as they received their awards—a proof of their hard work and dedication.

“For braving the hurdles of the past year just to guide Filipinos in their homeownership journey,” said Suntrust First Vice President for Sales and Marketing Jerry R. Rubis. “You deserve a grand applause from all of us; You are our backbone—the flesh and blood of Suntrust.”

In the same spirit, Suntrust’s executives extended their salute to the Suntrustees, expressing their respect and gratitude.
