Suntrust Ends the Year on a Dazzling Note of Success

Suntrust and its dedicated Suntrustees shone with exceptional brilliance and success as they gathered at Palacio de Maynila to celebrate the 2025 3rd Quarter Sales Awards, The Grand Royale, on December 5, 2025. Inspired by the vibrance of Las Vegas, the event reflected the confidence, ambition, and spirit of performance that define Suntrust’s amazing sellers.

More than anything, the celebration is a tribute to the passion, drive, and success of everyone in attendance.

A Night to Shine, A Night to Remember

The interiors of Palacio de Maynila exploded in a myriad of colors and lights, mirroring the grandeur of Las Vegas. Suntrustees, clad in their best outfits for the night, went onstage in recognition of their hard work from the previous months passed. And, to keep the energy up, Suntrustees came together to share laughter and gifts, and to dance the night away.

“Tonight is a night for you to shine,” says Atty. Basilio Almazan Jr., Senior Vice President of Suntrust. “You performed well and delivered results with flying colors. Most importantly, you were able to spread the sunshine—the light—to everyone around you.”

Beyond the awards and recognition, the event was a heartfelt thanksgiving for the many milestones Suntrustees reached with the company, even in the face of challenges. Not only that, the event became a beacon of inspiration for future Suntrustees who aspire to join the growing list of achievers rising toward success.

An Award for the Efforts of Hundreds

For this year’s Sales Awards, the event not only highlighted the accomplishments of its Sales Suntrustees, but also a one-of-a-kind award received by Suntrust President Atty. Harrison M. Paltongan. In November, Atty. Paltongan had been recognized as Asia’s Esteemed Leader of Integrity and Innovation in Corporate Excellence at the 2025 Asia’s Pinnacle Awards.

“This award does not belong to me, but to you,” Atty. Paltongan says. “You’re the driving force of the company—the one who’s closing the deals, dealing with our clients, and solving the problems of the company. Without all of your efforts, Suntrust is able to stand where it is today.”
