Suntrust Shines Bright Alongside Its Partners

It was a night filled with incandescent happiness and enthusiasm once again for Suntrust and their Business Partners.

Illuminated by their successes and achievements, the esteemed Business Partners’ Network of Suntrust Properties gathered last March 26, 2025 to take part in the joyous 2024 Annual Awards and 2025 Sales Kick-off at Newport World Resorts, Pasay City.

With the theme Radiance Unstoppable: Fueled by Passion Driven to Shine, our Business Partners once again prove that through their tenacity and passion in providing homes for Filipino families, they are able to reach new heights in their growth.

Becoming Unstoppable

The venue buzzed with excitement as the grand winners of the night were revealed one by one, the fruits of their labor celebrated by everyone in attendance. To add to the festivities, Jerry R. Rubis, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, proclaimed that it had been the “greatest year for our Business Partners.”

“Never lose your enthusiasm and fall into the trap of dejection,” he adds. “You will eventually be rewarded because of your efforts. Have faith in what the future brings.”

In an act to honor and inspire their co-Business Partners, Annual Award Winners Queenie Samonte from Double Magnetite Realty and Jedebee Villanueva from VSI Realty take center stage.

“There’s no reason to never try,” Queenie Samonte, Special Annual Award Winner, proclaims. “I started my Suntrust journey young. And through my efforts, I was able to reach countless milestones and achieve my goals. Today, I want to share my blessings with all of you so that next time, it would be your turn to stand on the stage.”

But achieving success comes in stages. Jedebee Villanueva, Special Annual Award Champion, LBP Nationwide Annual Award Champion, and three-time INSPIRing Awardee, believes that it’s important to first “learn to understand before you are understood.”

“We build ourselves from the people around us,” Villanueva adds. “It’s important to realize that to become successful, we must not treat our relationships with our clients as transactional, but as something worthwhile and fulfilling. The moment we reach the top, we must take advantage of the opportunities presented to us in order to become unstoppable.”
