Suntrust Turns Over Tower 3 of One Lakeshore Drive in Davao

15 AUGUST 2026, DAVAO CITY—Suntrust marks another significant milestone in Davao City with the Property Blessing and Ceremonial Turnover of Tower 3 of One Lakeshore Drive  at S.P. Dacudao Loop, Davao Park District, Lanang, Davao City. Following the Ceremonial Turnovers of Towers 1 and 2, the latest milestone marks another step in the development of One Lakeshore Drive’s four-tower residential community, which has approximately 1,260 residential units and 27 commercial units.
