Suntrust Properties, Inc. recently held its 2018 4th Quarter & Annual Awards and 2019 Sales Kick-off last February 13, 2019 at the Blue Leaf McKinley in Taguig. The theme“Boogie – Suntrustland, Groove your way to success!” aims to commend the the company’s top performers for the year 2018 and announce what the sellers can look forward to this 2019.
“This is a time to celebrate your success and renew our commitment and partnership” said Ms. Deanna Jean A. Claveria - EVP-COO, as she opened the event where a full house of business partners from Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, Metro Manila, and even from Baguio attended and shared a sumptuous dinner and grooved to the tunes of the 70’s and 80’s.
The 2019 sales commitment big reveal was announced by Ms. Ruby Gemma Cecilio, AVP for Business Partners Network. She reminded the sellers that the company is willing to extend the assistance they need for site orientations, trippings, and support to make selling easier. Ms. Cecilio also expressed her gratitude to the Suntrust managers in the event, for the help of their respective departments which also make the work lighter.
2018 Sales Review and 2019 Sales Direction
Company president, Atty. Harrison M. Paltongan also shared his optimism for the future and asked for the brokers’s loyalty and continued support. “We are expanding, the acquisition of Stateland added more projects to sell and we are developing new ones! So take on the challenge.”
He also inspired the sellers to look back and remember their dreams and vision, why they started and their purpose in doing what they do. “Bring out the best in yourselves for the people you love. Expand and conquer” the president said.
Suntrust Properties continues to improve its projects and expand its reach. Gran Avila, an economic development in Calamba, Laguna of the company’s subsidiary - Stateland, Inc., will soon have its swimming pool, cabanas, and new clubhouse for its residents.
New Year New Projects
Among the new projects unveiled are the properties acquired in Porac, Pampanga and in Cadiz, Negros Occidental, both will be developed as house and lot communities under Stateland. For Suntrust’s condominium projects, one in Baguio and another in Pasig near the city hall were also announced to be developed; truly a testament of expansion and progress.
Incentives, Rewards, and Recognition Program
For his part, BPN – Senior Manager Cezar A. Cruz encouraged the sellers to be more aggressive by discussing the 2019 IRRP Program or Incentives, Rewards, and Recognition Program. “Expand your horizon” he said.
The company proudly implements a Kita kada Benta incentive program where sellers are entitled to a cash incentive on top of their regular commission. In addition, Performance Based Bonus or PBB is also given to qualified sellers based on their monthly sales.
Consistency raffle are drawn quarterly and yearly for all productive brokers. They are called “The Topnotchers” and are given up to 150 thousand worth of gift certificates.
Monthly, Quarterly, Annual, and Ice breaker awards are some of the special awards from the Business Partners Network Division. On top of cash rewards, CPD funds are specified for the Top 3 Monthly Sellers and Top 3 Quarterly Sellers as business support for project advertisement such as Facebook boosting, Lamudi, and OLX listing while a choice of gift certificates from Marriott Hotel, Richmonde Hotel, or Mcdonald’s as celebration fund are given to the Special Annual Award recipients.

The event, Boogie Suntrustland, was highlighted by the awarding of the top performing brokers and sellers who brought home gifts and prizes. A variety of raffle prizes were also given away to sellers with qualified sales production.
2018’s Top 5 included Elizabeth II Dalsen Balais (5th), Erism Real Estate Brokerage (4th), Vianka Realty Corp. (3rd), Maria Belinda Ramos (2nd), and Roman Joe Anoso as the top broker.
