This powerful declaration rang across the walls of Palacio de Maynila in Pasay City during Suntrust Properties’ recently concluded 2024 4th Quarter Annual Sales Awards and 2025 Sales Kick-off last February 27, 2025. More than just a celebration, it reinforced Suntrust’s commitment to excellence and innovations—proving that Suntrustees are a formidable force in shaping the future of the real estate industry.

With the theme “I am the Future: Transcend, Transform, Transfuse”, Suntrust declares its intention to take over in a whirlwind of passion and tenacity.

A Beautiful Transformation

As the spotlight shone on the top performers and loyalty awardees, their success stories became a source of inspiration for all. Each recognition was not just an award---it was a symbol of perseverance, dedication, and the Suntrust spirit.

“Being here means you were transformed,” states Atty. Basilio Almazan Jr., Senior Vice President of Suntrust Properties. “You overcame the difficulties and challenges. It shaped you to become the version of yourself right now. In so many aspects, you have transformed the present, and in turn, the future.”

By transforming, he explains, Suntrustees have left their old selves in the past, have modified the way they carry themselves, and have improved their lives for the best. Suntrustees now have the capability to reach their highest potential for success—they are now boundless.

Atty. Almazan also calls for Suntrustees to never lose hold of their unwavering determination, to never stop evolving to become the best version of themselves. “The future holds so many possibilities,” he says. “Continue believing that you can.
