Shining as One: Suntrust Caps 2020 with Virtual Sales Awards | Suntrust Properties Inc.
We Shine as One

“Christmas becomes more meaningful this year because we celebrate it with thankfulness as we look at what we have instead of those that we don’t,” said Atty Harry M. Paltongan, president of Suntrust Properties, Inc. during the company’s 2020 3rd Quarter Awards and Virtual Thanksgiving Concert.

The virtual thanksgiving event opened with back to back videos of world-class singing performances and ended with the same level of excitement. In between awe-striking performances were awarding ceremonies of deserving Suntrustees, where it rained with cash prizes, exclusive training merchandise, certificates, trophies, and of course, early Christmas gifts from the company.

The event’s biggest winners are challenged to inspire fellow Suntrustees to rise above the hurdles of the covid-19 pandemic. “You are in the perfect industry, producing a basic need of man. And you belong to a company that keeps providing you support and keeps thinking of training to help you conquer the challenges,” stated Atty. Paltongan.

“The pandemic may have disrupted our vision of 2020. But then, we saw a different kind of 2020 vision. A vision of hope, love, heroism, unity, and faith. It made us realize that life can be simple and happy, and that the true meaning of happiness can be found from simple humility and joy,” said Ms. Deanna Jean Claveria, the company’s EVP-COO. She has also expressed her admiration for the Suntrustees’ perseverance to adapt to the new normal. Proving that learning knows no age, only dedication and determination to soar higher than the challenges.

Mr. Jerry R. Rubis, first vice president for Sales, Marketing and Training, further stressed the opportunities gained from the Covid-19 pandemic. “Even when we reach the time when everything will go back to normal, I know we will be always one step ahead in our game, because we have learned to adapt, and now we are knowledgeable in selling both traditionally and digitally,” said Mr. Rubis.

The year 2020 may have had numerous challenges that the company and its people had to go through. Overcoming each is a symbol of strength, but succeeding amidst everything only proves their resilience, unity, faith, and “malasakit.” Over the years, Suntrustees have been fully dedicated to fulfill every Filipino’s dream of owning a home, and they will continue to do so.
