Sales Accreditation

Sales Division heads (SDH)

  • College graduate (preferably Business courses)

  • Preferably a Licensed Real Estate Broker and can work Full-time with Suntrust.

  • 10 years experience in Sales/ Real Estate Selling.

  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales Management.

  • Good Sales track record.

  • With a ready organization composed of 5 Sales Managers and 5 Direct Sellers per Sales Manager.

  • Preferably 30 to 55 years old

Branch Sales Managers (BSM)

  • College graduate (preferably Business courses)

  • With 2-5 years’ experience in the real estate industry.

  • Competitive and sales-driven with a ready, full-time sales
organization that can be mobilized immediately

  • With good oral and written communication skills.

  • With pleasing personality, superior recruitment capabilities and  proven sales managerial skills

  • With a ready organization composed of 5 Sales Managers and 5 Direct Sellers per Sales Manager.

  • Preferably with previous supervisory or sales managerial work
experience.

Property Specialist

  • Preferably college graduate (Business course) or if not, at least with 72 units  in college.

  • With 2-3 years’ experience in the real estate industry.

  • Competitive and sales-driven.

  • With good oral and written communication skills.

  • With pleasing personality and proven sales skills.

  • Preferably 18 to 50 years old.
