Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for the architectural designs and conceptualization and preparation of design schemes.
• Does finalization of all housing units and subdivision amenities such as clubhouses, multi-purpose, swimming pool, fences, gates, guardhouses, basketball court and other amenities.
• Does architectural designs and conceptualization and preparation of design schemes, plans and perspectives of vertical projects.

Job Qualifications:

• University/College Graduate of B.S Architecture
• Licensed Architect
• With experience in Subdivision Housing and Condominium Design
• Computer literate (MS Applications), Knowledgeable in AUTOCADD and other Software for perspective rendering
