Renowned residential developer Suntrust Properties, Inc. (SPI) celebrated its 2021 Annual Sales Awards and 2022 Sales Kick-off via zoom last March 08, 2022, for in-house agents dubbed as Suntrustees and March 10, 2022, for real estate brokers and agents with the theme IConquer #AsOneWeGo.
A celebration that marks another milestone for SPI. The Suntrust captain Atty. Harry M. Patlongan encouraged everyone to join him in the starting line as the company embraced a fresh start from the pandemic. He then ended his speech saying, "We are going to support you in the things that you want to do. We will be with you in your quest to glory and your desire to conquer the world and success." assuring everyone that they have a leader to seek guidance from and a family always willing to extend a hand.
The digital event started with fun Ice Breaker games, followed by the Singing Sensations' world-class performance. Though the event was held virtually, it didn't stop the Suntrustees from showing their dance moves in their gowns and suits. Each group also shared inspirational videos narrating their #IConquer story, followed by the group's sales commitment for 2022. As a result of the unending hard work, awards and exciting prizes were given to the year's top performers. These awards symbolize resilience and determination to adapt to the new normal way of selling. Digitalization didn't stop them from achieving their commitments. Indeed, bold, passionate, and driven attitudes were the faces present in this virtual event.
A toast for new beginnings
The silent war against the COVID-19 virus brought a lot of challenges for SPI. But the management and the entire company gathered and fought the battle hand in hand. These past two years were an eye-opener that every minute is crucial. In a heartfelt inspirational message, the executives gave a hard salute to all agents, brokers and Suntrustees for conquering their fears and winning the battle. As Ms. Deanna Jean A. Claveria the EVP-COO of SPI says “ Winter has ended, our spring is coming” she also added “ In spite of the harsh winter, in spite of all the negative things that’s happening to us, we all suffered in one way or another but it has proven one thing if we truly know our true purpose in life, not just to earn a buck or two but learning the reason why you are here, then that will make you more resilient and stronger to conquer. Those of you who have stayed with us for the past two years in spite of all the difficulties thank you! Thank you for your loyalty, thank you for your belief or your faith in the company and its leadership.” The EVP-COO also expressed her excitement and delight for the next event as it will no longer be celebrated virtually.
Meanwhile, the Father of all Suntrustees and the First Vice President for Sales, Marketing, and Training started his speech with a huge smile extending his love and gratitude to all agents and brokers who stuck with the company through thick and thin. "The calling of love should be adopted by every Suntrustee; if you have shown love in selling or in achieving your quotas, that love and care will reflect in your household's table. To those who really showed their love these past two years, isa lang ang nangyari sa kanila, they have conquered their fears. Those who conquered their fears have come out of life very successful." he then ended his speech with a strong message of encouragement, saying, "Ito ang taon kung kailan tayo magkakaroon ng ‘Great Recovery’ Make the most out of it. This is your year! Embrace it!"
The celebration was ended by a toast for new beginnings, a toast for SPI’s spring, and a toast for the Great Recovery. Suntrust Properties, Inc., indeed conquered another battle and will welcome 2022 rising along with the sun.
